ISLAND LOFTS Providing an abundance of charm and privacy, our five Island Lofts say Caribbean at its best. With peaked roofs and louvered windows for a gentle tropical breeze, each loft boasts 514 square feet of living space for ultimate comfort. Three of the Island Lofts perch above the ground on stilts, set back from the beach amid lush gardens and are furnished with rattan furniture highlighted with bold, colorful fabrics. Each loft is furnished with queen size beds, sitting areas, deep-soaking tubs, separate showers, private terraces and boasts panoramic ocean views. PLEASE NOTE: Beachfront Lofts are available on request with a supplement fee. 

Room Amenities: Air conditioning, soft bathrobes, complimentary beverages in a refrigerated minibar, daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service, personal safe, hair dryer, coffeemaker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. The Lofts also offer deep-soaking tubs, separate showers and private terraces. Four of the five lofts have king size beds and one has two queen size beds. All lofts, whether on the beach (supplement fee applies) or within the gardens feature louvered windows which allow the island breezes to pass through.

 

BEACHFRONT ROOMS Interesting architectural touches, like the exposed beams of the peaked roofs, woven rattan ceilings and rustic ceiling fans, all combine to create the utmost in serenity and Caribbean charm in our 20 spacious Beachfront Rooms. With about 450 square feet of living space, each room features louvered windows to allow the soothing Caribbean breeze to pass through. Each room is air-conditioned with private terrace and breathtaking views of the Caribbean and Union Island. Ideally suited for two people, each room boasts a comfy king-size bed along with small sitting area and elegantly appointed bathroom and shower.

PALM VIEW ROOMS Set slightly back in our lush tropical gardens, Palm View Rooms feature sitting areas and private furnished terraces overlooking either the pool or gardens. Rooms featuring a king size bed include a spacious bathroom equipped with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower. Rooms with two queen beds include bathroom amenities with a double shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and include complimentary beverages in a refrigerated mini-bar, daily housekeeping service, nightly turndown service, hair dryer, coffeemaker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board. With 560 square feet of living space, many of our rooms have sitting areas as well as furnished terraces.

SEA GRAPE SUITES Seagrape Suites top the charts with their 560 square feet of living space, and are identical in their amenities to the Palm View Rooms. Each air-conditioned Seagrape Suite offers elegant appointments, beautiful rattan furnishings, separate sitting area, bathroom with double shower and a covered, furnished trace or balcony with beautiful views of the gardens or ocean.

SOUTHERN CROSS VILLA 2 Bedrooms Set high in the cliffs, our Southern Cross Villa offers stellar panoramic water views. With two bedrooms and four timber decks this villa exudes luxury in paradise. Each bedroom features in-suite marble bathrooms with spacious step-in showers. A tiled dining terrace, an arbor patio and private, infinity edge swimming pool make this an idyllic home away from home. To top it off, we’ll stock your villa with must have items such as cereal, coffee, tea, fruits and snacks as well as soft drinks, beer, spirits and two bottles of Champagne.

SEA FEATHER VILLA 3 Bedrooms Sea Feather Villa is our newest villa and is situated on Palm Island’s northern Shores. This magnificent villa boasts three bedroom suites, living room and vast covered deck for entertaining immediately adjacent to the water’s edge.
