Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller toasted their honeymoon here. Ian Fleming, creator of James Bond 007, sipped martinis at the bar – shaken, not stirred, of course. Noel Coward, Errol Flynn, Katherine Hepburn and many more greats often graced the lounge and retreated to our spacious accommodations.

Things to know...

We are fortunate to have a dog on property. She is a black lab named Shadow IV, and she loves spending time with you on the beach and in the water.

- TV Free Rooms: There is a television in the main bar for must-see events, although you will probably be more focused on relaxing on our private beach.

​

- Beautiful Weather: Jamaica's occasional liquid sunshine (rain) stays mostly in the mountains above Ocho Rios. Rest assured, it’s almost always sunny at the Inn.

​

- No Smoking Please: Jamaica law forbids cigarette/cigar smoking or vaping in hotel rooms or public areas. We have two designated smoking areas on property. Smoking of marijuana is not permitted

​

- Resort Wide Wi-Fi: We have excellent complimentary Wi-Fi and the views around the property are spectacular.

​

- Smart-Casual Dress Code: Evenings here are dapper. For men, we require collared shirts, slacks and closed foot shoes at our bar terrace and restaurant. You’re sure to look sharp!

- Older Children Welcome: We are family friendly, however, our long-standing policy is we only accept children ten years and older on property. This is to keep the peaceful atmosphere of the resort.

- All-Inclusive Optional: We offer a wide range of meal plans to choose from spanning à la carte to all-inclusive.

- Drone Free: Take as many pictures of our beautiful property as you like, but please refrain from using a drone.

BEACH At our private Jamaica beach resort, it is never crowded and there is always a palapa and lounge chair waiting just for you. Relax, sway in a hammock, swim in the sea or enjoy our complimentary beach activities such as kayaking, sunfish sailing, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Sip your choice of one complimentary Planters Punch or Blended Fruit Punch, served daily from 11 a.m. – 12 noon on the beach. When you’re thirsty for more or ready to eat, the staff is waiting to assist you--either at the bar or even hammock-side at no additional charge.

DINING Dining at Jamaica Inn delights all of the senses so you enjoy the food, the ambiance and your conversation. Savor a meal on your verandah, on the beach or at our acclaimed open-air Jamaica restaurant and enjoy gentle sea breezes, uninterrupted views, attentive service and delectable cuisine.
BREAKFAST Choose from a full menu of traditional favorites and local delights. Greet the day on the Restaurant Terrace overlooking the bay or in the convenience of the private verandah of your suite or cottage.
