Situated on 12 acres of tropical garden by the sea, East Winds is home to a cornucopia of vibrant plants, trees, and birdlife native to Saint Lucia. The 30 cottage-style rooms are conveniently positioned amongst the gardens, so guests can fully immerse themselves in the nature that surrounds them.

Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. We work closely with St Lucia producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from our abundant seas, fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers or from our very own kitchen garden. East Winds prides itself on our garden to plate ethos.

Our Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes (including vegetarian options).

Our boutique resort features several picture-perfect spots to catch up with an old friend, meet new friends, and share in the Saint Lucian hospitality of our local bartending team.
