Overlooking the Leverick Bay Resort, Vista Villa is a unique 2 story vacation villa offering a spectacular view of North Sound, Mosquito Island and the Caribbean beyond.

There are accommodations for 6 people. The upstairs floor plan includes the dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms (both with king-sized beds) with private baths. Adding to the feeling of airy space, generous circular verandah surrounds the upstairs ocean side of Vista Villa. The ground floor (connected by an exterior staircase) has another bedroom (with 2 twins) a private bath, entertainment area and a wet bar. Your own private dock, sandy beaches, tennis, shopping, nightlife and restaurants are just next door.

Bedrooms: 3 BRs - two bedrooms upstairs with king beds and ensuite baths. One further bedroom downstairs is twin bedded and is accessed by an exterior staircase. It also has a bath. There is no airconditioning.

Staff: Limited Maid Service daily (except Sundays and bank holidays). The maids will take care of the linens for the house. There are no personal laundry facilities within the villa. There are public laundry facilities on the island and drop off services for personal laundry.
