Situated only a short stroll from the pristine white sand beach of Mahoe Bay, this very private and just-refurbished four-bedroom villa offers a two-bedroom main pavilion flanked by Wendy's Watch, a two-bedroom guest house. In the main pavilion, the Great Room encompasses the living area and the kitchen with its center island and dining area; on either side are two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. All rooms open out to a covered area for dining and shady relaxation on the stone pool terrace.

The two-story air-conditioned guest cottage offers a twin suite, and its upper floor is a complete studio apartment with a king bed and small kitchen. This property is graced by a freeform swimming pool, sunset views of several nearby islands, and lush landscaping with a variety of fruit trees (bananas, limes, oranges, papaya and mangoes - pick your own fruit for cocktails!) and tropical flowers. Enchanting!

SPECIAL "RAIN GUARANTEE": Should a guest renting Villa Valmarc experience two or more FULL DAYS OF RAIN during their rental, and IF Valmarc is open and available (with no incoming guests arriving for the two days following the first party's rental), the guests who have endured the bad weather may stay on at Villa Valmarc for two additional days, with no additional rent due, to make up for the rained-out rental days. However, the guests must pay all maid service during their two raincheck days (i.e., the 12% Cleaning Fee will be in effect, based on that weeks' rent, pro rated).

A minimum 7-night rental is required during the HIGH SEASON, 5 nights during the LOW SEASON for most villas, and a 10-14 night minimum (depending on the villa and island), during the Xmas/New Year's Seasons.
