Le Restaurant des Pecheur is one of only a handful of places outside of France that serves the authentic Bouillabaisse a la ancienne, strictly following the guidelines established in the Chartre de la Bouillabaisse. Le Sereno receives fish flown from France every Thursday and serves the Bouillabaisse every Friday. This package includes joining the Chef in his kitchen on Thursday afternoon to prepare the fish soup with him, joining him again in the kitchen on Friday afternoon to prepare the fish, and lastly, enjoying a Bouillabaisse dinner for two at the restaurant.
