Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Parallel23 restaurant features tropical fusion cuisine in a setting of casual elegance. Kitchen with a wood-burning oven and boutique wine list are just some of the restaurant's specialties. Al fresco dining is available on The Mansion's terrace, and an extraordinary outdoor domed private dining room is available for private functions.

Plunge
Bordered on one side by our multi-million dollar serpentine infinity pool, Plunge allows you to enjoy in-water seating with four round café booths.

The Regent Spa The spiritual heart of the resort, the Regent Spa is a destination in and of itself. Conceived by Angel Stewart of Las Ventanas al Paraiso, the Golden Door and Ritz-Carlton (Rancho Mirage) fame, it is spread over an acre and encompasses 25,000 square feet of elegant space sure to please our guests. Treatment rooms are stand-alone and are surrounded by water, each with its own water feature by day and fire feature by night. In a garden area, six white tented cabanas provide a different setting for island-inspired herbal treatments. Two extraordinary spa suites are also available for individual guests or couples to create a custom experience of treatments. 'Many of the treatments may also be taken in a guest's room for ultimate relaxation in a private setting.

The Fitness Center consisting of two treadmills, a cross trainer, elliptical edge and stationary bike, as well as seven weight machines, a rowing machine and free weights is also open to guests daily. Personal trainers are available on request.

Yoga A yoga, pilates and meditation studio offering daily early morning classes is situated in the center of the spa overlooking the 150-foot central water garden flanked by majestic date palms. Private yoga, pilates and meditation classes are available upon request

Pool A highlight of our Turks and Caicos resort is the $1.8 million serpentine infinity pool, lying at the center of the guest suite buildings. Each area of the pool, surrounding pool decks and bar provides a unique ambiance. Wooden decking, complimentary Wi-Fi around the pool, sun pods, a hot tub island in the center of the pool, and a hidden sundeck brushing the beach are but a few of the unique features you'll find. Service is attentive and includes terry-covered chaise lounges and a selection of complimentary fresh fruit kabobs each afternoon, along with chilled towels to re-hydrate guests.

Plunge, the pool bar and restaurant, is as unique as the pool itself. Guests can relax in a water banquette or sit at the bar and still enjoy the full menu without exiting the pool. A sunken dining terrace surrounded by a waterfall and garden offers additional al fresco seating. The menu offers Caribbean-inspired specialties from the wood burning oven, along with light salads and sandwiches. Refreshing fruit liquadoes and cocktails are available throughout the day.

The Conch Kritters Club is specifically designed to entertain our younger guests. Participants can engage in one of our exciting activities or enjoy facilities at the club house while their parents relax by the pool or at the spa.

The program is available daily for children ages 4 to 12 years old. Half-day, full-day or evening scheduled activities are available with a ratio of one to five kids per counselor. The children are engaged in a varied program of both indoor and outdoor age-appropriate activities including lawn croquette, tennis, beach activities, art projects, and exercises, enabling them to experience a stimulating and fun-filled day.

For children participating in either the full-day or evening programs, a healthy lunch or dinner from a set menu and a snack are available.. Babysitters are also available to guests.
