With 23 rooms overall, Ottley's acclaimed accommodations includes rooms located in the Great House, in the charming Caribbean cottages, as well as the luxurious Grand Villa. All are decorated in English colonial style with wicker and carved mahogany furniture, cheerful floral chintzes and a collection of local artwork and crafts.

Ottley's Plantation Inn on St. Kitts features luxury accommodations in eight separate buildings scattered throughout the gorgeously landscaped grounds. Cottages as well as the villa are comprised of rooms that can be reserved in their entirety or as separate suites.

Standard Rooms Ottley's standard rooms, while smaller than those in our other categories, are cozy and attractively furnished, complete with ocean or garden views. Most of these guest rooms are located within a two-room cottage. Featuring a queen-sized bed, ocean or garden views and thoughtful, tasteful decor, Ottley's standard rooms include a private bathroom with shower, and are perfect for couples enjoying a romantic vacation for two on the gorgeous island of St. Kitts. Deluxe Rooms Most Deluxe Rooms reside within the charmingGreat House, while a couple of the Deluxe Rooms make their homes in cottages. Each of the Deluxe rooms feature expansive space, airy environs, beautiful decor and fantastic views of the sparkling ocean and/or gorgeous gardens. Most feature king-sized beds, while others are furnished with pair of queen or twin beds. Every room is uniquely decorated and situated.
Supreme Rooms Some Supreme rooms are half of the two-room Royal Suite Cottages. Others are situated side-by-side within charming cottages. All Supreme rooms have private entrances and their own plunge pools, These spacious rooms are luxuriously furnished with colonial style mahogany furniture and a king or queen-sized bed. Each Supreme Room features an Italian-tile bathroom with a soothing whirlpool Jacuzzi. The biggest attraction of the Caribbean cottage suites is their ocean-view patio with sun deck and private plunge pool.
Royal Suite Cottage Two-room Royal Suite cottages (including the English Cottage Royal Suite) is decorated differently but all are privately positioned on the lawn. Each one is different. Here's what they have in common: The Master bedroom is a Supreme room—A queen or king-bedded room with Jacuzzi in an Italian-tiled bathroom, and a private plunge pool on ocean view sundeck. For one couple the adjoining second room can be made up as a sitting room with a sofa. Each rooms has a separate entrance and each its own bathroom.
Grand Villa Features include two extra large "Supreme Rooms" complete with a king bed as well as a daybed sofa that can also serve as a twin bed. Additional accouterments of The Grand Villa include a expansive patio and sundeck looking out upon the ocean, outfitted with a plunge pool. The airy and spacious "Great Room" is set between the two bedroom. It serves as a living room and includes a full kitchen and comfortable Caribbean ocean view outdoor patio, full bath and an optional queen-size bed. Maximum Occupancy: 9 gueests
