Beautifully appointed with 1,346 square feet of living space, the suite features a grand room with valued ceiling, living area, separate master bedroom with spacious bathroom and private outdoor garden with rain shower and tub. Expansive terraces overlooking the sea and a private pool provide the ultimate retreat for relaxation.

Rosewood Estate Suite
This exquisite one-bedroom suite offers the ultimate in privacy, luxury and service. Subtle beiges and cream blend together with British Colonial furnishings for an understated, sophisiticated look. A courtyard with fountain and entry vestibule lead to a spacious living room. The living and dining areas open onto an infinity-edge pool affording dramatic sea views. The master bedroom provides ultra privacy with a spacious bathroom, powder room and outdoor garden arranged for seclusion within a four-walled courtyard featuring a deep pedestal tub and blissful rain shower. A private butler pantry for in-suite dining and an office complete this suite. The suite also offers the option of one or two additional connecting suites.

Villas

Harbour Villas Designed to offer expansive views of the sea and to create an indoor/outdoor living experience, these two- to four-bedroom villas are the ultimate in luxurious vacation accommodation. Located on the south shore of the island, the villas are decorated with elegant Caribbean furnishings and feature oversized living and dining areas, kitchen, TVs and DVD players, spacious bathrooms, private pool and outdoor dining areas. Beachfront Villas offer two to three bedrooms and are located just steps from the beach. Hillside Villas, offering two to four bedrooms and stunning views of the sea, are also available

Pond Bay Villas A gracious collection of 3- to 4-bedroom luxury vacation residences, the Pond Bay Villas are terraced along a dramatic cove. Each villa has been designed with casually elegant Caribbean interior decor. A private courtyard featuring a secluded pool meets guests upon entering. Surrounding the pool, the four villas offer expansive views, large patios, floor-to-ceiling doors, a large kitchen, living room and bedrooms with spacious bathrooms.

Estate Homes

Jumby Bay Island is home to a collection of privately owned beachfront luxury estates, six of which are available for rental exclusively through the resort. The homes have full access to the resort's world-renowned facilities and services.
