Schooner bay is a beachfront condominium complex that consists of three blocks of apartments with a freeform swimming pool as the focal point. These apartments are split level with the bedroom upstairs and the livingroom and kitchen downstairs. Chilterns is an end unit, so there will be no other units above you.

A range of activities can be enjoyed whilst at Schooner Bay which include exercising in the Gym or relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Swimming in the free form pool or the calm turquoise Caribbean sea. Water sports are also available at Cobblers Cove Hotel, a short walk across the beach, which also boasts an excellent bar and restaurant. The poolside and beach are equipped with sun beds exclusively for Schooner Bay use and beach towels are provided. There are umbrellas on the beach but also many trees for shade.

Speightstown, a town rich in culture is a 5min walk from Schooner Bay where there are shops, banks, restaurants and vendors selling fruit and vegetables. .
