Amanyara accommodations are in Pavilions which have a view of a reflecting pool, partial ocean or ocean views. There are also a select number of private villas which are available for rent.
Pavilions	Villas

Pavilion Amenities: Terrace with two daybeds, king-size bed, personal bar with refreshments, reading chair, writing desk, flat screen TV and DVD/CD player with surround sound, two additoinal terraces, one with banquettes for lounging or dining and the second with a sunken table with cushions, shaded outdoor area, free-standing bathtub, twin vanities, rain shower room, dressing room.
Villa Amenities: Fully-equipped kitchen are included in each Villa, and a personal cook and housekeeper take care of all guests’ needs. Villas come with two four-seater golf buggies and guests can enjoy access to the resort’s facilities and services

Pavilions

Pavilions are situated on the edge of tranquil ponds with timber sun decks extending over the water. (700 sq.ft)
Ocean Pavilions are oceanfront with views of the sea (700 sq.ft)
Ocean Pavilion 115is oceanfront with direct access to a sandy private beach cove (700 sq.ft)
Pool Pavilions feature a 40 foot infinity-edge swimming pool surrounded by teak decking and natural vegetation.(700 sq.ft)
Pool Pavilions 120 & 125 feature 28 ft. infinity edge pool within walled private garden (700 sq.ft).
2 Bedroom Pool Pavilion Suite features spacious lounge, private gym, nannys room, pantry & bar, guest powder room in lounge next to hall librayr, courtyard and garden with 60 - 17 ft. infinity edge lap pool. (2,830 sq.ft)

Maximum occupancy 3 guests per Pavilion
2 Bedroom Suite accepts 6 guests.

Villas
3, 4 or 5 Bedrooms

Tranquility Villas (3 & 4 bedroom) feature infinity pool and overlook tranquil ponds (4,470 - 5,170 sq.ft)
Ocean Villas (3 and 4 bedrooms) are oceanfront with views of the sea (4,470 - 5,170 sq.ft)
Beach Villas (4 and 5 bedrooms) have direct beach access and reflecting ponds (5,170 - 5,870 sq.ft)

Each Villa sits on more than one and a half acres of lush terraine and emulates on a more intimate scale the Amanyara Resort as a whole.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 in the 3-bedroom villa, 10 in the 4-bedroom villa and 12 in the 5-bedroom villa
